Senior Tai Chi is a low-impact group exercise that uses movements (forms) that are performed slowly, with relaxing music playing in the background. This class is led by an instructor, who teaches and demonstrates the form so participants can follow along as a group. Forms include energy and breathing exercises (Qi Gong), Dr. Lam's Tai Chi for Arthritis 1&2 Protocol, Yang 24 (Simplified). Seated versions of the forms are also taught as an alternative to standing.
