Overview

The Finance Department serves as the City of Doral’s primary fiscal and accounting authority. It manages the City’s financial operations and ensures accurate, timely reporting to support the Mayor, City Council, Administration, and Department Directors.

Responsibilities

The Finance Department is responsible for:

  • Accounts payable and receivable
  • Revenue collection
  • Cash flow management
  • Debt management
  • Financial reporting
