The Finance Department is the central fiscal control and accounting body of the City government.

The Finance Department serves as the primary fiscal control and accounting authority for the City Government. It oversees and manages key financial and accounting operations which include:

  • Payroll Processing
  • Accounts payable
  • Accounts receivable
  • Revenue collection
  • Cash flow management
  • Debt management
  • Financial reporting

The Finance Department is dedicated to delivering precise and up-to-date financial data to support the Council, Administration, and Department Directors in making informed decisions that shape the City’s future.
