Change of Contractor
For a change of contractor, please upload a completed change of contractor form and a new Permit Application signed and notarized by both the property owner and the new contractor. You must be listed as a contact in the permit in order to upload the forms. If you encounter an issue, please e-mail permitclerk@cityofdoral.com.
Permit or Process Cancellations
Permit (issued) may be cancelled if no work has been completed and no violation exists on the property. A process number cancellation may be allowed if no violation exists. Fees apply. You must be listed as a contact in the permit in order to upload the form. If you encounter an issue, please e-mail permitclerk@cityofdoral.com. For process or permit cancellation, please upload the completed cancellation form to your existing permit or process in the CSS portal.
Permit Renewals or Extensions / Process Extensions
Fees apply. Please note: A process number (not an issued permit) is considered VOID after expiration. Permits are valid for 180 days from issuance or last approved inspection. Process Numbers are valid for 180 days from application date but may be extended twice in 90-day increments provided no code changes and at the Building Official’s discretion. Fees apply. Please upload a complete new Permit Application and signed hardship letter explaining the expiration/project delay. You must be listed as a contact in the permit in order to upload the forms.
