Responsibilities
The Information Technology Department is responsible for:
- Managing the City’s IT infrastructure, networks, and telecommunications systems
- Supporting City departments with technology tools and services
- Implementing and maintaining cybersecurity and data protection measures
- Leading the City’s digital strategy and technology initiatives
- Ensuring technology systems are reliable, sustainable, and efficient
