Building Department

We are the overseers, a knowledgeable team comprised of flexible, customer-oriented, and accessible professionals committed to the protection of the health, safety and welfare of building users through efficient and effective permitting and inspection processes.

Code Compliance Department

To encourage good neighbor practices through examples of excellent community stewardship. To achieve sustainable compliance through cooperation and support, inspiring long term results and to provide excellent customer service.

Finance Department

The Finance Department is the central fiscal control and accounting body of the City government. The Department manages the daily finance/accounting activities including: payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, revenue collection, cash management, debt management, financial reporting.

Human Resources

To provide Human Resource Management services that encourage employees to improve themselves and their work environment and develop a strong commitment to achieving the City's mission.

Information Technology

The Information and Technology Department provides and empowers the City's business partners and Doral's residents, visitors and businesses with sustained, reliable and efficient technology services, infrastructure and telecommunications.

Parks and Recreation

The Mission of the Parks & Recreation Department is to provide World Class Parks and Recreation Facilities, Programs and Events for People of all Ages and Abilities.

Police Department

It is the policy of the City of Doral Police Department to prohibit biased policing, to train all members in the prohibition against biased policing, and to thoroughly investigate all complaints of biased policing.

Planning and Zoning Department

The Planning and Zoning Department is responsible for planning the current and future development of the City. We are committed to ensuring the safe and quality development of well-planned residential and commercial neighborhoods.

Procurement and Asset Management Department

The mission of the Procurement and Asset Management Department is to provide procurement, purchasing solutions and services that are in support of each department’s unique mission within the City of Doral.

Public Affairs Department

The Public Affairs Department provides proactive, responsive and timely information to the public regarding City services, programs, projects, special events and emergency notifications.

Public Works Department

The Mission of the Public Works Department (PWD) is to construct, maintain and preserve a safe, functional and aesthetically pleasing public infrastructure in Doral for the residents and visitors while providing the highest levels of customer service and responsiveness.
