City Attorney's Office

The Office of the City Attorney serves as the chief legal advisor to the City of Doral. The Office provides legal counsel and representation to the Mayor and City Council, the City Manager, boards and committees, and all City departments. The City Attorney ensures that City actions comply with federal, state, and local laws and protects the legal interests of the City.

City Clerk's Office

The City Clerk serves as the Corporate Secretary of the City, the official Secretary of the legislative body, the Official Records Custodian of the City of Doral, and Supervisor of Elections for all City of Doral municipal elections (posted pursuant to CS/CS/SB80, 2017 Florida Legislature).

City Manager's Office

The City Manager serves as the Chief Administrative Officer of the City of Doral and is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the City. Appointed by the Mayor and City Council, the City Manager implements the policies and directives adopted by the Council and ensures the efficient delivery of municipal services.

Developmental Services

The Developmental Services Department guides growth and development in the City of Doral by ensuring construction and development projects meet City codes, safety standards, and planning regulations.

Building Department

The Building Department ensures safe and compliant construction in Doral. We manage permitting, inspections, and code compliance to protect residents, businesses, and visitors while supporting responsible development.

Code Compliance Department

The Code Compliance Department ensures that residential and commercial properties follow City Codes, Miami-Dade County Code, and parts of the Florida Building Code. We proactively patrol the City and respond to resident complaints. For after-hours concerns, residents can submit requests via Doral311.

Finance Department

The Finance Department serves as the City of Doral’s primary fiscal and accounting authority. It manages the City’s financial operations and ensures accurate, timely reporting to support the Mayor, City Council, Administration, and Department Directors.

Human Resources

The Human Resources Department supports the City of Doral’s workforce by managing personnel, benefits, and workplace programs. The Department ensures a safe, inclusive, and well-supported environment for all employees while helping the City attract and retain qualified talent.

Information Technology

The Information Technology Department provides and manages technology services, infrastructure, and telecommunications for the City of Doral. The Department supports City operations, residents, businesses, and visitors by ensuring reliable, efficient, and secure digital systems.

Parks & Recreation

The Parks & Recreation Department proudly offers award-winning programs and modern facilities that are open to the public seven days a week, including most holidays. With a strong commitment to community wellness and engagement, the Department provides recreational programs, cultural activities, and family-friendly events for residents and visitors of all ages.

Police Department

The City of Doral Police Department provides public safety services, community programs, crime prevention resources, and information for residents, businesses, and visitors.

Planning and Zoning Department

The Planning & Zoning Department guides the responsible growth and development of the City of Doral. We work to ensure that residential and commercial projects are thoughtfully planned, safe, and aligned with the City’s long-term vision.

Procurement and Asset Management Department

The Procurement & Asset Management Department plays a key role in supporting the City’s daily operations. We partner with departments across the organization to secure the equipment, services, and resources needed to serve residents efficiently and responsibly.

Public Affairs Department

The Public Affairs Department is the City’s connection to the community. We make sure residents, businesses, and visitors know what’s happening in Doral — from City programs and projects to special events and emergency updates.

Public Works Department

The Mission of the Public Works Department (PWD) is to construct, maintain and preserve a safe, functional and aesthetically pleasing public infrastructure in Doral for the residents and visitors while providing the highest levels of customer service and responsiveness.
