City of Doral Records Request & Open Permit Search

The city incorporated in 2003 and took over permitting services in 2004. The Building Department has records from 2004 to Present and offers digital files or hard copy plans. See our Fee Schedule for more information on associated costs. For properties built or constructed prior to 2004, please see “Miami-Dade County Microfilm & Plan Library” section below.

Records may be requested online at www.cityofdoral.com/permitting. Create a user login to receive digital files.

Use Apply → “BD RECORDS REQUEST” to select the type of records or “Open Permit Search”. Please allow 48 hours for processing. Some files may require longer processing time to retrieve from our off-site archive.

Separate fees apply.

  • Properties built AFTER 1990 are available
  • Residential and commercial properties built between 1979 and 1989 may be available
  • Residential (single-family residences) built between 1961 and 1972, and portions of 1973 through 1978 are not available. Condominiums and multi-family units (more than two units) are commercial properties and if built during these years, may be available.
  • Properties built BEFORE 1938 are not available.
