Overview

The Human Resources Department supports the City of Doral’s workforce by managing personnel, benefits, and workplace programs. The Department ensures a safe, inclusive, and well-supported environment for all employees while helping the City attract and retain qualified talent.

Responsibilities

The Human Resources Department is responsible for:

• Recruiting, hiring, and onboarding City employees
• Administering employee benefits, including health insurance and retirement plans
• Supporting employee relations, training, and professional development
• Maintaining job classifications and personnel records
• Promoting workplace safety and compliance with labor regulations

The Department works to ensure a positive and productive work environment for all City employees.
