This class features fun, friendship, and fitness. Gentle rhythmic movements provide a warm-up, followed by a gradual aerobic segment and exercises to help increase bone density and muscle strength. Routines can be easily adapted for all levels of fitness. Bring a smile – you are going to enjoy yourself! Max Capacity is 25.
