The Mayor and City Council are pleased to present herein the City’s second Popular Annual Financial Report (PAFR) for the year ended September 30, 2015. The PAFR summarizes the financial activities of the City of Doral’s government, based on the 2015 Comprehensive Annual Financial Report (CAFR).
