Two signature events bring the community together to invest in Doral’s youth.
The Parks & Police 4 Kids Foundation (PP4K) is bringing its signature Golf Tournament and Gala back to Doral this October for a second year, with a continued focus on turning community support into meaningful opportunities for local children and families. Taking place October 14–16 at Trump National Doral, the three-day celebration will bring together residents, businesses, community partners and local leaders in support of youth programs and initiatives throughout Doral.
More Than an Event
PP4K’s mission extends beyond its signature fundraising events. The foundation supports opportunities centered on mentorship, education, recreation, youth development, inclusion and community engagement, bringing together Parks & Recreation, law enforcement, families, businesses and community partners to support Doral’s youth.
The foundation’s work includes creating positive relationships with mentors and community leaders, supporting educational opportunities, providing recreational experiences and helping young people build confidence, teamwork and other skills that can have a lasting impact.
Following the success of its inaugural Golf Tournament and Gala in 2025, the foundation is continuing to grow its network of supporters and reinvest resources into programs that benefit local youth. The 2025 events raised more than $300,000 for PP4K.
Golf Tournament | October 14
The week begins Wednesday, October 14, with the Mayor & Chief of Police Golf Tournament at Trump National Doral. Golfers, businesses and community partners will come together for a day of friendly competition, networking and philanthropy. Registration begins at 7:00 a.m., followed by an 8:00 a.m. shotgun start on the Red Tiger Course.
Mayor & Chief’s Gala | October 16
The celebration continues Friday, October 16, with the Mayor & Chief’s Gala, a black-tie evening featuring dinner, entertainment and special recognition of community leaders and philanthropists.
This year’s honorees are Armando Codina, Ana-Marie Codina and Michael Capponi, Founder and President of Global Empowerment Mission. The evening will recognize their contributions to the community and their work supporting people locally and beyond.
