Technology Support Operations

The Technology Support Operations team delivers enterprise-wide technical support for all endpoint devices connected to the City’s network including computers, tablets, smartphones, and laptops. We also manage and maintain critical infrastructure. Our technicians foster a culture of trust, responsiveness, and high-quality customer service, resolving hardware and software issues with professionalism and care.

Application Services & Development

This team is responsible for developing, enhancing, and supporting both departmental and citywide application systems and databases. We ensure the reliability, scalability, and continuous improvement of the City’s digital platforms, adapting to evolving operational and service delivery needs.

Data & Analytics

The Data & Analytics team advances transparency, accountability, and data-driven decision-making across the City. We design customized reporting tools and interactive dashboards that give employees and residents real-time access to meaningful data and performance metrics. These dashboards help departments track progress, identify trends, and improve services — while keeping residents informed about key initiatives and community impact. Our team continually evolves these capabilities by integrating new data sources, improving usability, and aligning analytics with the City’s strategic priorities.

Information Security & Infrastructure

This team safeguards the integrity, confidentiality, and availability of the City’s technology systems. We protect against cyber threats, mitigate risks from malicious actors, and ensure compliance with industry standards. Core responsibilities include threat detection, data protection, incident response, and business continuity planning. We also manage the City’s enterprise infrastructure from data centers to cloud integrations to maintain a resilient and scalable IT environment.

Network & Communications

The Network & Communications team designs, implements, and manages the City’s wired and wireless networks, including LAN, WAN, VPN, and secure remote access solutions. We keep essential systems for public safety, utilities, parks, and administration reliably connected at all times. Our team also supports voice communications systems such as VoIP, call routing, and unified communication platforms. From internal connectivity to public Wi-Fi zones, surveillance networks, IoT devices, and smart city technologies, we ensure high availability, minimal downtime, and optimal performance through proactive monitoring and rapid incident response.

Audio-Visual Services

Our Audio-Visual team manages, supports, and enhances the City’s AV infrastructure to ensure effective communication, collaboration, and public engagement. We oversee setup, maintenance, and operation of AV systems in commission chambers, meeting rooms, and public spaces. From live and virtual meetings to webinars and broadcasts, we provide technical support for microphones, displays, conferencing systems, recording, and streaming platforms, delivering high-quality user experiences for both in-person and remote audiences.
