When you connect with us early, our Economic Development team takes the time to understand your business, location, and project scope—then helps map out exactly what it will take to get to opening day. If your project qualifies, Launch45 creates a more coordinated internal experience across City departments, helping streamline approvals, reduce uncertainty, and keep your project moving forward with clarity.

HOW IT WORKS

1. Sit Down With Us
   Schedule a complimentary Launch45 project evaluation with our Economic Development team. Bring your business concept, proposed location, and your questions. We’ll review your project, identify potential requirements upfront, determine whether your project qualifies for Launch45, and help you understand exactly what the road to opening looks like.
   
   
2. Get Qualified
   If your project meets Launch45 criteria, you’re in. From there, the City activates a more coordinated internal pathway designed to support your project through key milestones and keep momentum moving.
   
   
3. Your 45-Day Path Forward
   ✔ A dedicated Economic Development advisor in your corner
   ✔ Coordinated support across City departments
   ✔ Concierge assistance with Business Tax Receipt and Certificate of Use processes
   ✔ Support obtaining required City sign-off documentation
   ✔ Guidance navigating outside agency approvals, including DERM and other applicable reviews
   ✔ Clear milestones, expectations, and next steps throughout the process
   ✔ A structured path designed to support opening in 45 days
