The City of Doral is once again opening the 2026 Façade Improvement Program — a funding opportunity designed to help commercial properties stand out with cleaner, brighter, and more attractive exteriors.

Who Can Apply:
- Commercial property owners

- Homeowner Associations (HOAs)
- Properties located within the Doral Décor District
Eligible applicants may receive up to 50% reimbursement with a maximum award of $10,000 per project. Funds can be used for eligible exterior enhancements that improve curb appeal and contribute to a more cohesive, well-maintained commercial environment.

- Closes: March 2 at 3:30 p.m.
