Description

Learn simple, professional plating techniques in this hands-on workshop. Participants will plate a three-course tasting and explore how infused oils, sauces, powders, crumbs, and toppings can elevate any dish.

This class will include:

• Appetizer: Adding flavor and color with infused oils, dusts, and micro-greens
• Main Course: Using sauces, crumbs, and finishes to create texture
• Dessert: Creating balance with powders, drizzles, and toppings
