Swim Test Requirements

• 150-yard continuous swim (front crawl, breaststroke, or both), 2-min tread with hands under armpits, + 50-yard swim.
• 20-yard swim, retrieve brick at 7–10 ft depth, return 20 yards in 1:40 with both hands on brick and face above water. Exit pool without ladder or stairs.
