The City is seeking a private development partner for a 99-year ground lease under a Public–Private Partnership (P3) structure. The project consists of approximately 10 acres of prime City-owned property located between NW 102nd Avenue and NW 104th Avenue near NW 69th Street - positioned for a transformative mixed residential and commercial development. This is an opportunity to partner directly with the City on a catalytic project in one of South Florida’s most dynamic business communities.
