Micromobility

The City of Doral is preparing to launch its new Golf Cart & Micromobility Program, designed to promote safe, responsible, and accessible use of golf carts and micromobility devices throughout the City.

As part of the program rollout, the City will host a:
Golf Cart & Micromobility Public Workshop at Doral Legacy Park
August 25th, 2026 from 6 – 8 PM
to provide residents with an overview of the proposed regulations and an opportunity to ask questions and provide feedback.

What Will Be Discussed?

The workshop will provide information on:

• Registration Process — How to register golf carts and qualifying micromobility devices with the City.
• Approved Right-of-Ways — Where golf carts and micromobility devices will be permitted to operate.
• Required Safety Equipment — Equipment and safety requirements for operation on public roadways.
• Rules & Regulations — Operating requirements, restrictions, and responsibilities for users.
• Penalties & Enforcement — Potential violations, penalties, and enforcement procedures.

Residents are highly encouraged to attend the workshop and participate in shaping the City's Golf Cart & Micromobility Program.
