Reservations may be made no more than 6 months in advance and no less than 2 weeks prior to date. Scheduling an appointment does not indicate reservation of the facility. If the appointment is missed, the party coordinator forfeits his/her opportunity and the pavilion becomes available to the public. Designated picnic tables/pavilions are available for rent and are officially reserved after all forms have been signed and approved by the Parks and Recreation Department.
