On December 8th the City of Doral received the prestigious honor of being designated as a “City of Flowers” by the Society of American Florists (SAF). SAF is the leading association in the nation providing marketing, government advocacy, industry intelligence, guidance, and best practices information for all participants in the U.S. floral industry. As the most significant hub of floral products in the country, Doral’s floral businesses generate thousands of local jobs and millions in tax revenue for the region. We are proud to be designated a “City of Flowers”, and to collaborate with SAF to further promote the local floral businesses and raise awareness about the importance of this industry in our region.
