On Martin Luther King Jr. Day, we celebrate the life and legacy of Dr. King, whose unwavering dedication to equality, justice, and unity continues to inspire us. In observance of this important holiday, the following closures and schedule changes will be in effect on Monday, January 20, 2025:

What Will Be Closed

  • City of Doral Government Offices: All offices, including the Government Center.
  • Miami-Dade Solid Waste Management:
    • Waste collection services.
    • All disposal facilities.
    • Administrative offices.

What Will Remain Open

  • Essential Services: Public safety operations in the City of Doral will continue as usual.
  • Recycling Services: Miami-Dade recycling collection will operate on a normal schedule. Residents with Monday recycling collection should place their blue carts at the curb by 7:00 a.m.

Reporting Issues or Requesting Services

While City of Doral offices will be closed, residents can still report issues or request services through the following channels:

  • Doral 311 Online Portal: Submit requests or report concerns online at Doral 311 Request. This platform allows you to send detailed messages with specific requests.
  • Phone: For non-emergency issues, you can call the City of Doral at 305-593-6725.
  • Email: Send your concerns via email to codecompliance@cityofdoral.com.

Please note that Doral 311 is not for emergency situations. For emergencies, dial 911.
