City Exploring Development Opportunity for Key 10-Acre Site
The City of Doral is taking the next step in planning the future of a 10-acre City-owned site located between NW 102nd Avenue and NW 104th Avenue near NW 69th Street—an area identified as an important opportunity for continued economic growth in the community.
Referred to as the “Doral 10” Development Opportunity, the site is being evaluated for a potential mixed-use project that could introduce new residential and commercial activity while supporting local businesses and strengthening Doral’s position as one of South Florida’s most dynamic places to live, work, and invest.
The project is anticipated to move forward through a Public–Private Partnership (P3) structure and a 99-year ground lease, which would allow the City to maintain long-term ownership of the land while partnering with the private sector to deliver a high-quality development that benefits the community.
As part of the early planning process, the City will host Industry Day 2026, an informational event where developers, investors, and industry professionals can learn more about the City’s vision for the site and provide initial feedback before the formal solicitation process begins.
Opportunities like this allow the City to thoughtfully plan for future growth while creating projects that enhance quality of life, generate economic activity, and continue shaping Doral as a thriving regional destination.
