Published on August 12, 2026
The City of Doral celebrated City Hall Selfie Day on Tuesday, August 11, by showing some local government pride!
City Hall Selfie Day, organized by Engaging Local Government Leaders (ELGL), is an annual celebration of public service and the people who help make local government work. Since 2016, government employees, elected officials, community members and others across the country and around the world have participated by taking selfies at their local city halls and government buildings.
This year, City of Doral staff joined Mayor Christi Fraga for a City Hall selfie in front of Doral City Hall, celebrating the teamwork and dedication behind the services, programs and initiatives that keep Doral moving forward.
City Hall Selfie Day is more than a photo — it’s a celebration of local government and the people who serve their communities every day.
From parks and recreation to public safety, infrastructure, community events and city services, the City of Doral’s employees work every day to support the community and make Doral a great place to live, work and visit.
The City of Doral is proud to join communities across the country in recognizing the important role of local government and the dedicated employees who serve their communities each day.
