The City of Doral Police Department will ensure adequate control and security of the City of Doral Police Department’s Headquarters Building personnel and property, all visitors who are not DPD employees, including visitors who are from other law enforcement agencies, other Doral departments, and Doral vendors. The Desk Operations Center (DOC) is the primary point of contact between an individual and the police within the police station that provides police services and public assistance. Individuals requiring assistance or information will be afforded prompt and professional service from employees assigned to the DOC.
