Start Smart Move and Play

The Start Smart Move and Play program is the most recently developed program by the National Alliance for Youth Sports. This program teaches children (ages 2-3) the basic fine and gross motor skills necessary to create a solid foundation for future skills and activities that are part of everyday life. The program focuses on teaching children and their parents fine and gross motor skills in a fun and stress-free environment.
