As we continue to respond to the evolving COVID-19 (coronavirus) emergency, assessments and decisions are being made on a daily basis, always with the goal of preserving the wellbeing of the community. Modifications to City Operations: Doral Government Center & Trolley

As we continue to respond to the evolving COVID-19 (coronavirus) emergency, assessments and decisions are being made on a daily basis, always with the goal of preserving the wellbeing of the community. The City of Doral remains committed to delivering superior customer service to our residents and business owners, while taking additional precautions to protect the health and safety of our employees, their families, and the entire city. Please be advised of the following modifications to City services:
 
Doral Government Center
 
Effective April 6th, non- essential City employees will be working remotely until further notice, in an effort to slow the spread of the COVID-19 virus. Employees who have been determined to be able to work remotely will do so and will continue to be accessible by e-mail and phone for the duration of this temporary relocation.  Staff will remain ready to serve and assist constituents in a virtual capacity. We encourage constituents who have questions or need assistance to call (305) 593-6725 or visit the department directory.
 
Services by the Building Department will also be altered:

  • READY/APPROVED plans will be notified electronically via email after making online payment
  • Inspections will continue daily 8AM-12PM
  • No NEW applications or revisions for master permits or sub permits will be accepted
  • Reworks on EXISTING APPLICATIONS can be emailed in PDF format only to Carlos.Diaz@cityofdoral.com / Claudia.Herrera@cityofdoral.com
  • Visit City website for emergency permitting procedures (a/c changeout, etc.)
  • Other Services suspended include overtime inspections, early starts, TCOs, expedites, etc.

Effective March 30th, the Doral Trolley service will be operating with a modified scheduled for those that rely on this free service to complete critical functions like commuting to essential jobs or errands, like obtaining food, medicine, or medical care.
 
Route 1: 8AM – 6PM (approximately 1 hr 15 minutes frequency)
Route 2: 8AM – 6PM (approximately 1 hr 15 minutes frequency)
Route 3: 8AM – 6PM (approximately 1 hr frequency)
Route 4: 8AM – 6PM (approximately 1 hr 15 minutes frequency)
 
The weekend schedule will remain the same.
