Fleet Details

The Fleet Unit is responsible for the logistic services in the Police Department which includes warehouse maintenance of logistical equipment and supplies, maintenance and repair of fleet management equipment, care and accountability of warehouse inventory including the DPD compound and facilities. The Fleet Unit shall ensure all vehicle records are maintained and is accountable for their daily upkeep.

The Fleet Detail is dedicated to protecting the City’s building asset inventory and infrastructure through reasonable internal controls, prompt and accurate inspections, general maintenance and repair and preventive/predictive maintenance. The division also strives to maintain and repair City of Doral vehicles and equipment to achieve their maximum economic life at the lowest cost possible and with minimal downtime.
