On December 13th, 2022, during a run-off election, Doral voters made history by electing Doral’s first female Mayor, Christi Fraga, with 54.5% of the votes.
Doral, FL – On December 13th, 2022, during a run-off election, Doral voters made history by electing Doral’s first female Mayor, Christi Fraga, with 54.5% of the votes. Elected to fill Seat 1 is Councilman Rafael Pineyro, who received 51.2% of the votes. Seat 2 will be filled by Councilwoman Maureen Porras, who received 51.8% of the votes. Councilwoman Digna Cabral was reelected by Doral voters for her second term in Seat 4 on the November 8th election date. A swearing-in ceremony will take place for the four elected officials on Tuesday, December 20, 2022. Stay tuned for details.
