City of Doral Electronic Plan Review
The City of Doral is actively upgrading our electronic plan review system - EnerGov/Bluebeam. Through EnerGov/Bluebeam applicant users are able to upload required document, track the progress of their application, receive and respond to reviewers comments and download approved sets of plans.
As part of our commitment to continuous improvement, we are performing a major upgrade of our EnerGov 2019 to the EnerGov 2021.1 release.
To ensure the success of this upgrade and so that changes being made are consistent with the needs of our customers, we would like to invite our external stakeholders to join our External User Testing Group. When you join this group, you will have the ability to test the upgraded EnerGov 2021.1 and provide us with feedback on you experience and how we can continue to improve.
The feedback from our External User Testing Group is vital to making any required changes and making sure the City is ready to successfully go live with this upgrade near the end of September.

- September 3rd 10:00AM - 12:00PM
Applications are due by: 8/20/21
Admitted External User Testing group members will be contacted via email by 8/27/21 to confirm availability for the sessions.
Note: A total of 12 people will be selected to participate in the User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
