Feel the Beat
Feel the Beat is a dance class for participants with special needs ages 8 and older. Experience this fun-filled hour of different Latin rhythms and styles, while exercising and enjoy the music by combining different dance steps. Participants will enhance coordination, flexibility and endurance, while improving their range of motion and muscular balance. Join the fun and feel the beat! Capacity: 12.

Wellness and Martial Arts
This program is designed for Special Needs population ages 7 and up and will set the stage to learn martial arts in the individual pursuit of wellness, education and improvement of quality of life.
