The slow dance-like speed of tai-chi creates balance, flexibility and calmness with an emphasis on deep breathing and using mental imagery. Tai-chi integrates your mind with your body and if very effective at relieving stress.

Chair Yoga

SILVER CLUB CHAIR YOGA (AGES 55 AND OVER)

Did you know you could practice yoga from a chair? Chair Yoga gently stretches the joint and muscles through deep breathing and relaxation meditation. The program teaches many basic yoga poses from a chair and is geared for seniors with limited movement. No yoga experience necessary. Classes taught by Core Yoga. (Ages 55 and over) Class are taught by Core Yoga.
