Code Compliance Officers are on duty and available to respond to citizens concerns seven days a week. During normal business hours, (8:00AM - 4:30PM) please call 305-593-6680. Your call will be answered by a professional staff member of the Code Compliance Department who will be willing to assist you in all of your needs.

If for any reason the staff member is unable to assist you, you will be directed to the appropriate Department or agency. This e-mail is monitored by the Code Compliance Department's Director and Chief Enforcement Officer who takes your complaint and will notify: 1) a Code Compliance Officer that may be working, 2) the Police Department if needed or 3) another Department within the City.
