Education

• The City Council passed City Ordinance to initiate State Legislation that would prohibit usage of cell phones in the School Speed Zone
• The City Council approved monies to be allocated to do implement a study for a City of Doral Circulator which may bring a trolley type service to the City.
• Additionally, we are in the process of finishing our bikeway path study which will focus on creating usable bike paths throughout our City. These two programs will help alleviate traffic congestion within the City of Doral.
• Support representative Representative Ronald Reagan's intiative for RED LIGHT CAMERAS Legislation
• Move to get better synchronization of traffic lights
• Work to get CITT Monies that new cities do not currently receive
• Work to get more Metropolitan Planning Organization money as doral traffic impacts the whole county region and state
• Guarantee that any development continues to build roads and infrastructure before any permits are issued
• Move to get county road changes done as quickly as possible
