The City of Doral has developed Doral 311 to provide the Doral community one-on-one customer service.  Doral 311 provides a fast and efficient way to deliver city services by allowing users to send a detailed message with specific requests.  Messages can be sent with photo attachments and users can select to remain anonymous or provide their contact information for follow-up.
