2014 WINTER SPRING JAZZERCISE LITE
This class features fun, friendship and fitness. Gentle rhythmic movements provide a warm up, followed by a gradual aerobic segment and exercises to help increase bone density and muscle strength. Routines can be easily adapted for all levels of fitness. Bring a smile - you're going to enjoy yourself!
