Registration of Defaulted Mortgaged Property
Chapter 11, Article IV of the City of Doral Code Of Ordinances
Purpose:
It is the purpose and intent of the City of Doral to establish a process for the registration of any property for which a lis pendens has been recorded in the public records of Miami-Dade County and for the maintenance and regulation of any abandoned real property located within the city limits.
Registration
To register a defaulted mortgaged property, follow the link below to login or register to a City of Doral Customer Self-Service (CSS) account. Once logged in, click Apply and search for CC Default Mortgaged Property Registration and provide all pertinent information.
An annual registration and non-refundable fee of $200.00 is required for each property registered.
De-Registering
Once mortgage or lien is satisfied. Provide one of the following documents via email to codecompliance@cityofdoral.com
- Filing of a dismissal of lis pendens
- Summary of final judgement
- Certificate of Title
