City of Doral Recognized as a Top Workplace in South Florida

The City of Doral has been recognized as a Top Workplace for 2024 in South Florida by the esteemed Sun Sentinel publication. Doral was the only municipality that ranked among the prestigious recipients. To commemorate this achievement, City employees recently attended the Top Employers for 2024 event, where they were honored. It was an occasion filled with pride and joy as they celebrated their collective success.

The selection process for this significant honor involved rigorous employee surveys, evaluating various aspects of workplace culture and environment. The City excelled in areas such as leadership, communication, appreciation, direction, working environment, managerial skills, and benefits, as evidenced by the positive feedback from our valued employees. This is the first time the City applies for this recognition. Achieving it on the first try truly validates the ongoing efforts to foster a supportive and rewarding environment for the workforce, where individuals can thrive and contribute meaningfully to the community of Doral which is the premier City to Live, Work, Learn and Play.
